This law gives an official name to two chapters of Missouri law. Together, those chapters are called the 'Comprehensive Drug Control Act.' That name covers all the drug-related rules found in those chapters.
195.005. Comprehensive drug control act. — This chapter and chapter 579 shall be known as the "Comprehensive Drug Control Act".
