Procedure upon conviction for violation
When someone is found guilty of breaking drug laws covered in this chapter or chapter 579, the court sends a copy of the conviction paperwork to whatever government board gave that person their work license or registration. The court can then take away or pause that person's license to do their job or run their business. Later, that person can apply to get their license back, and the board can give it back if there is a good enough reason.
