This law says that Missouri's drug laws should be interpreted and applied in a way that keeps them similar to the drug laws in other states that passed the same act.
195.320. Purpose clause. — Sections 195.010 to 195.320 shall be so applied and as to their general purpose to make the law with respect to the subject of this act among those states which enact it.
