Labor organizations and collective bargaining rights of employees of cannabis-related businesses

In plain English

People who work at cannabis businesses in Missouri have the right to join a union and negotiate with their employer as a group. This includes workers at grow sites, factories, stores, and offices. Cannabis work does not count as farm work, so these workers get the same union and bargaining rights as other workers in Missouri.
