Failure of reinspections after original violation, penalty, amount

If a place or person gets caught breaking a rule and then fails two check-ups in a row about that same rule, they get charged a $100 fee. That fee has to be paid before the next inspection or before their license gets renewed.

273.338. Failure of reinspections after original violation, , amount — payment of penalty required before renewal. — Persons and facilities which subsequently fail two reinspections for an original violation shall be charged a fee of one hundred dollars, which shall be paid before subsequent inspection and renewal of such person's or facility's license.
