Necessary offices to be provided, where

In plain English

The workers' compensation division has offices in several Missouri cities. Workers are paid back for travel costs when doing their job away from their office, but only after they swear the costs are real and get approval. Hearings about a workplace accident are normally held in the county where the accident happened, or a county next to it. If the accident happened outside Missouri, the hearing is held where the work agreement was made or where the worker mainly worked.
