Annual report to governor
Every year, before February 1st, a state commission and division must send the governor a full report about what they did the past year. The report includes facts, statistics, and ideas they think are helpful. After that, the report goes to the state legislature.
287.680. to governor. — The and shall make and submit to the governor, on or before the first day of February, in each year, a report containing a full and complete account of its transactions and proceedings under this chapter for the preceding year, together with all statistics and collected by the division, and such other facts, suggestions and recommendations as it may deem of value, which report shall be laid before the .
