Insurance carriers exempt from other tax, when

If an insurance company pays a tax on its premiums or deposits under this workers' compensation law, it does not have to pay any other state tax on those same premiums or deposits.

287.760. from other tax, when. — Any , foreign or domestic, to pay a tax upon its or under this chapter shall not be liable to pay any other or further tax upon such premiums or deposits under any other law of this state.
