Annual report
Every year, the head of the unemployment office puts together a report about how the unemployment program ran during the past year. That report goes to the governor and a special commission by December 15th. The report can also suggest changes to the law.
288.260. . — The shall prepare a report for the director of the and the report shall be submitted by the director of the department of labor and industrial relations to the governor and to the no later than the fifteenth day of December of each year. The report shall cover the and operation of this law during the preceding ending June thirtieth and shall make such recommendations for amendments to this law as the director of the department of labor and industrial relations deems proper.
