Division may participate in federal comprehensive manpower programs
Missouri's employment security division is allowed to take part in job and workforce programs run by the federal government. It can make deals with federal agencies, spend money from the state or federal government on these programs, and watch over how other agencies in Missouri use that money. It also handles the paperwork and reports the federal government requires.
