Records of division
The division that handles unemployment can make copies, photos, or summaries of its files and records. Those copies count as official and can be used in court just like the originals. After a reasonable amount of time, the division can get rid of old records it no longer needs. The division can also charge fees for copies of its records, and that money goes into the unemployment administration fund.
