Annual registration fees for local property-carrying commercial motor vehicles
This law sets the yearly fees to register certain large trucks used for local business hauling, based on how heavy the truck is. If someone registers a truck over 54,000 pounds at the wrong (cheaper) fee when they weren't supposed to, they have to buy the correct license plates and pay the full yearly fee for the truck's actual weight, plus any other legal penalties.
