Missouri residents can get a special license plate that has the Central Missouri Honor Flight logo on it. To get one, a person pays $25 each year to Central Missouri Honor Flight, which then gives them a form to bring to the DMV. The money collected goes to help pay for veterans to travel to Washington, D.C., to visit war memorials. If a person does not pay the yearly fee and bring the form when renewing their registration, they get regular plates without the logo instead.
