No issuance of a driver's license to illegal aliens or persons who cannot prove lawful presence
Missouri will not give a driver's license to someone who is in the United States illegally or who cannot show proof they are legally allowed to be there. If another state gave a driver's license to someone who is in the country illegally, Missouri does not have to accept or honor that license. Missouri considers giving licenses to people in the country illegally to go against the state's public policy.
