Assessment of points and suspension or revocation of license, notice of conviction outside Missouri
If someone gets a traffic conviction in another state or federal court, Missouri can add points to that person's driving record — just like if the offense happened in Missouri. If enough points add up, the state can suspend or take away that person's driving privileges.
