Selective Service System registration at time of application for driver's license, procedure
When a male person applies for a Missouri driver's license or permit and is between 18 and 25 years old, the application includes a spot to sign up for the Selective Service (the government's military draft registry). If that person fills out that part and signs the application, the Missouri Department of Revenue sends the person's information to the Selective Service to register them. The signature counts as permission to do this.
302.169. at time of for driver's , procedure. — 1. Any male who applies for a or license or renewal of any such or license and who is at least eighteen years of age but less than twenty-six years of age shall also be allowed to in with the requirements of Section 3 of the , 50 U.S.C.
