Permanent disability notation on driver's and nondriver's licenses
A person in Missouri who has a permanent disability can ask the state's Department of Revenue to add a note about that disability on their driver's license or nondriver's license. The Department of Revenue can set rules about what proof someone needs to show and what it costs to get that notation added.
302.182. Permanent notation on driver's and s — . — 1.
