Boater identification card, notation for compliance with boating safety requirements
A person in Missouri who has a boater identification card can ask the Department of Revenue to add a note to their driver's license or non-driver's license showing they passed boating safety rules. Once that note is on the license, the person can use that license instead of carrying a separate boater ID card.
302.184. Boater , notation for with boating safety requirements — . — Any resident of this state who possesses a boater identification card issued by the Missouri state water patrol* under section 306.127 may apply to the to have a notation placed on the person's driver's or indicating that such person has complied with the of section 306.127.
