If someone's driver's license runs out while they are serving in the military, they can renew it without taking a test. They have until six months after leaving the military, or 90 days after moving back to Missouri — whichever comes first. Missouri military members or their family members age 21 or older who live outside Missouri can renew by mail.
302.186.
