Effect of revocation

If someone's driving license in Missouri has been taken away or suspended, that person cannot drive in Missouri — even if they have a license from another state or place. 302.200. Effect of . — Any resident or whose , right or to operate a motor vehicle in this state has been or as provided in sections 302.010 to 302.540 shall not operate a motor vehicle in this state under a license, or issued by any other or otherwise during such or after such revocation until a new license is obtained when and as permitted under sections 302.010 to 302.540. Violation of any of this section is a and on therefor a person shall be punished as prescribed by section 302.321.
