Restricted licenses
When someone gets a driver's license, the person in charge can add special rules to it based on how well that person drives. For example, the license might require the person to use special hand controls or only drive certain vehicles. If someone breaks those special rules while driving, that is a minor crime.

302.301. s. — 1. In addition to other imposed by this chapter, upon of a , the shall have , when appears, to impose restrictions suitable to the 's driving ability and pertaining to the type or special mechanical control devices required on a motor vehicle which the applicant may operate, or such other restrictions applicable to the applicant as the director may determine to be to assure the safe operation of a motor vehicle by the applicant.
