Copies of official papers from the Missouri Department of Revenue or the Bureau of Vital Records can be used as evidence in court or government hearings. Also, a printed copy of someone's driving record from a law enforcement computer can be used as evidence in court. A person can ask their local police or sheriff's office for a copy of their own driving record printout in writing, and the agency may charge up to five dollars for it.

Copies of all papers, documents, and records lawfully deposited or filed in the offices of the department of revenue or the of the department of health and senior services and copies of any records, properly by the or the , shall be admissible as evidence in all courts of this state and in all .

2. A computer terminal printout of an individual driving record through the from the department of revenue database, certified by an officer of the local , shall be admissible in evidence in all courts of this state. A local law enforcement agency equipped with a computer terminal shall provide a motor vehicle driver with a copy of such printout relating to the of such motor vehicle driver upon the of a written request. The local law enforcement agency may charge an fee not to exceed five dollars per copy.
