302.340. for violations. — Whenever in sections 302.010 to 302.540 the doing of anything is required or is prohibited or is declared to be , any person who shall be of a violation thereof shall be guilty of a . Each day's violation of or failure, refusal or to comply with any of sections 302.010 to 302.540 shall constitute a separate and distinct .
