Penalty for violations
If someone breaks any of the driving license laws in Missouri, they can be found guilty of a class A misdemeanor. If the violation keeps going, each day it continues counts as a brand new, separate offense.

302.340. for violations. — Whenever in sections 302.010 to 302.540 the doing of anything is required or is prohibited or is declared to be , any person who shall be of a violation thereof shall be guilty of a . Each day's violation of or failure, refusal or to comply with any of sections 302.010 to 302.540 shall constitute a separate and distinct .
