Department to pay court costs and attorney fees, when

If someone loses a license suspension or revocation hearing and then appeals to a court, and the court sides with that person and overturns the suspension or revocation, the state department pays that person's court costs and lawyer fees from the appeal.

302.536. to pay and , when. — If the judge upholds the department's ruling to or a person's after a conducted 1 of section 302.535, and the person s such ruling, the department shall pay any court costs and attorney fees the person incurs pursuant to such appeal if the court reverses the department's ruling to suspend or revoke such person's license.
