A person who lives in another state can drive a big commercial truck in Missouri if they have a valid commercial driver's license from their home state. That license cannot be suspended, cancelled, or revoked, and the person cannot be banned from driving commercial trucks anywhere. If someone moved to Missouri from another state before July 1, 1990, they could keep using their old state's license until Missouri told them to get a new Missouri license.
