Nonresidents, action against license, notice to licensing state, when

When someone from another state gets convicted or loses their driving privileges in Missouri for a traffic violation (not parking), the Missouri director of drivers licenses has to tell that person's home state about it within 10 days. This only applies to people who hold or need a commercial driver's license.
