Cooperation with other jurisdictions
The head of Missouri's driver licensing office can make agreements with other states, U.S. territories, Canada, and Mexico to share information and work together on driver licensing rules.
302.770. Cooperation with other jurisdictions. — The may execute or make agreements, arrangements, or declarations to carry out the of sections 302.700 to 302.780 with the of other states, a territory or possession of the United States, the of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the provinces or territories of Canada.
