This section explains what certain words mean when used in this part of the law. 'Database' means a system that tracks whether drivers have car insurance. 'Department' means the Missouri Department of Revenue. 'Designated agent' means a company the Department of Revenue hires to run that database. 'Program' means the whole database program itself.
303.403. Definitions. — As used in sections 303.400 to 303.415, the following terms mean:
