Reporting by insurance companies, frequency, required information

Random law
In plain English

Insurance companies in Missouri have to send a list of all their active car insurance policies to a state-approved agent every month. The list must include each insured person's name, birthday, driver's license number, and address, plus details about the car and the policy. If an insurance company does not follow this rule, it can be fined up to one thousand dollars for each day it is out of compliance, unless the problem was an honest mistake.
