303.420. Definitions. — As used in sections 303.420 to 303.440, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall mean:

(1) "Program", the motor vehicle and program established under section 303.425;

(2) "Qualified agency", the , the Missouri state patrol, the or sheriff's office of any county or , the chiefs of police of any city or , or any other by the state;

(3) "System" or "", the web-based resource established under section 303.430 for online of motor vehicle financial responsibility.
