Crosswalks and parking regulations established

In plain English

The state transportation commission can put up signs on highways to create crosswalks or to say where cars cannot stop, stand, or park. These signs are official. If someone stops, stands, or parks where a sign says not to, that person has broken the law. Breaking this rule counts as an infraction, which is a minor violation.
