Brain injury fund created, moneys in fund, uses
Missouri set up a special savings account called the Brain Injury Fund. When someone gets a ticket or is found guilty of a crime in Missouri, two dollars is added to their court costs. That money goes into this fund. The fund is then used to help people who have traumatic brain injuries and their families get medical, social, and educational support so they can live in their communities.
