Violation of section 304.050, penalty
This law is about breaking the school bus rules in section 304.050. If someone breaks those rules, they can be charged with a class A misdemeanor. A judge can also take away that person's driver's license — 90 days for a first offense, 120 days for a second or more. If a child gets hurt because of the violation, it becomes a class E felony. If a child dies because of it, it becomes a class D felony. If someone wants to fight the license suspension, they go back to court — but a different judge handles it.
