If someone breaks the rules in sections 304.080 to 304.110, they have committed a misdemeanor. They can be fined up to $25 plus court costs. If they do not pay, they can be jailed for up to 10 days.
304.110. Violation of sections 304.080 to 304.110, . — Any person who violates any of sections 304.080 to 304.110, shall be guilty of a and upon thereof be fined not exceeding twenty-five dollars and , and in thereof, shall undergo imprisonment not exceeding ten days.
