Liquor by the drink on vessels regularly moored in city of St. Louis
A person who meets all the normal requirements for a liquor license in Missouri can get a license to sell drinks on a boat or water vessel that is regularly docked in the city of St. Louis. The license stays valid even if the boat travels outside the city limits while it is operating.
311.092. on s regularly moored in city of St. Louis. — any other of this chapter to the contrary, any person who possesses the qualifications required by this chapter, and who meets the requirements of and complies with the provisions of this chapter, may apply for and the may a to sell , as in this chapter defined, of any boat, or other vessel which travels on water, which has a regular place of within the limits of a with a population of more than six hundred thousand inhabitants. The license shall be valid even though the boat, or other vessel, leaves the of the city during the course of its operation.
