Self-dispensing of beer permitted, when
A business that has a license to sell alcohol for drinking on-site can set up a machine that lets customers pour their own beer or wine. But before a customer uses it, an employee has to turn it on for that customer and can only allow up to 32 ounces of beer or 16 ounces of wine at a time. Also, the companies that make or sell alcohol in bulk are not allowed to provide, fix, or clean these self-pour machines.
*311.205. Self- of beer permitted, when. — 1. Any person licensed to sell liquor for where sold may use a , which is monitored and controlled by the and allows s of the licensee to self- beer or wine. Before a patron may dispense beer or wine, an employee of the licensee must first authorize an amount of beer or wine, not to exceed thirty-two ounces of beer or sixteen ounces of wine per patron per , to be by the self-dispensing system.
