Unlawful for licensed retailer to purchase from other than licensed wholesaler

In plain English

A store with a license to sell alcohol must buy that alcohol only from a licensed wholesale dealer in Missouri. The store cannot sell alcohol it bought some other way. Also, the store cannot sell lower-alcohol drinks (less than 5% alcohol by weight) in boxes that have been ripped or cut up, and cannot repackage those drinks in a way that hides or removes the required labels. Breaking any of these rules is a misdemeanor.
