Wine and malt beverages, permit to allow tasting on premises
A store that is licensed to sell alcohol in sealed packages can apply for a special permit to let customers taste wine, malt beverages, and distilled spirits on the store's property. The store owner pays an extra $25 per year for this permit. The tasting permit does not allow the store to sell drinks for people to sit and drink there.
