No one with a liquor license, or anyone else, is allowed to add any drug, methyl alcohol, or impure alcohol into any alcoholic drink that is being kept for sale, sold, or served to people.

311.340. Mixing liquor with drugs prohibited. — No of a under this chapter, or any other person, shall for any purpose whatsoever mix or or cause to be mixed with any kept for sale, sold or supplied by him as a beverage, any drug or form of or impure form of alcohol.
