Duty of carriers to furnish certain information
Shipping companies that move alcohol into Missouri must give the state liquor control office a copy of the shipping paperwork when asked. That paperwork has to show who sent it, who is getting it, when and where it was picked up, where it is going, and how much alcohol is in the shipment. If a shipping company does not do this, it owes the state $50 for each time it fails to comply.
311.390. Duty of s to furnish certain — for failure — s. — 1. Every railroad, express or transportation company, or other or , shall, when requested, furnish to the a duplicate or receipt, showing the name of the and , date, place received, destination and quantity of , received by them for shipment to any point within this state.
