Violation of sections 311.410 to 311.450, penalty
If someone breaks any of the rules in sections 311.410 to 311.450 on purpose, that person can be charged with a felony. The punishment can be up to two years in state prison, or up to one year in county jail, or a fine of up to one thousand dollars.
311.460. Violation of sections 311.410 to 311.450, . — Any person violating any of sections 311.410 to 311.450 shall be guilty of a and shall be punished upon by imprisonment in the not exceeding two years or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one year or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
