Festivals, temporary permit to sell liquor by the drink, procedure
A business that already has a license to sell alcohol by the drink can apply for a short-term permit to also sell alcohol at a festival. The application must be sent in at least 5 business days before the festival. The permit lasts no more than 168 hours in a row (7 days). The business pays $10 for each day the permit covers. All the usual alcohol laws still apply at the festival. Alcohol suppliers can take back unused alcohol within 72 hours after the permit ends and give the seller a credit for it. Suppliers and sellers are allowed to bring storage, cooling, and serving equipment to the festival.
311.483. Festivals, to sell , procedure. — 1.
