Anyone who runs a brewery in Missouri to sell beer or malt drinks must have their brewery inspected by the state liquor control supervisor or someone working for them.

311.500. Inspection of breweries — by whom. — Every person, , or who shall erect or keep a brewery for the or brewing of beer, or other within this state, for the purpose of offering the same for sale, shall cause the same to be inspected by the said or his agents.
