Inspection of beer

Beer and other malt drinks made in Missouri and then sent out of state to be sold must go through an inspection. That inspection does not cost the maker anything.

311.530. Inspection of beer — out of state. — All beer as defined in this chapter, or other manufactured in the state and exported outside of the state for sale, shall be inspected as other liquors in this chapter, but said inspection shall be free of cost to the .
