If a manufacturer, out-of-state salesperson, or wholesale alcohol dealer breaks certain rules, the state supervisor can take away or pause their license. Before that happens, the person gets told about it and gets a chance to speak up. Also, anyone who breaks those rules cannot get a new license or renew an old one.
