Review by administrative hearing commission

In plain English

If someone is unhappy with a decision made by the liquor control supervisor — like being denied a license, having a license taken away, or being fined — that person can take the matter to a special government board called the administrative hearing commission to get a fair review. The person does not have to go back and argue with the liquor control office first before doing this.
