License automatically revoked upon conviction
If someone with a liquor license gets convicted of breaking a law in this chapter, or a drug felony, their license is automatically taken away. The license stays revoked until the case is fully finished. If the person is found not guilty in the end, they can apply for a new license just like anyone else. This rule does not apply to violations of section 311.070, which has its own separate penalties.
