Penalty for violation of terms of injunction

311.760. for violation of terms of . — Any person violating the terms of the injunction as provided for in this chapter, shall be punished for by fine of not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than thirty days or more than one year; or by both such fine and imprisonment and the court shall have the power to such injunction by such measures and means as in the of the court may be necessary.
