Attorney general may direct prosecuting attorneys to conduct prosecutions

311.800. may direct s to conduct prosecutions. — Whenever requested to carry out any of the duties as required by this chapter, the attorney general may, in his , direct the prosecuting attorney of the county to conduct prosecutions and institute suits as required by this chapter.
