Definitions
This law gives the official definitions for words used in Missouri laws about boat dealers and manufacturers. It explains what counts as a 'boat dealer' (someone who sells or trades boats or boat trailers for profit), a 'boat manufacturer' (a business that makes or assembles boats), a 'vessel' (a motorized watercraft or a sailboat over 12 feet), and other related terms. These definitions set the rules for how the rest of the boat dealer laws are read and applied.
